In addition to focusing on professional legal knowledge, the curriculum is also designed to enhance students' employability. Therefore, along with required legal courses, emphasis is placed on practical training and interdisciplinary integration.
Department of Financial Law
https://fld.mcu.edu.twThe Department of Financial and Economic Law designs its curriculum with a strong emphasis on foundational legal courses, such as Constitutional Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, Administrative Law, and Commercial Law. It also features specialized legal subjects in the field of financial and economic law, including Securities Regulation, Futures Trading Law, Financial Regulations, and Tax Law. Additionally, the program integrates finance-related courses such as Economics, Accounting, Financial Management, Financial Statement Analysis, and Monetary Banking. The department is also committed to actively guiding students in preparing for various professional certification exams in both finance and law.

2025 WeLead Scholarship and Grant Program
Announcement and Application Procedure for the 2025 WeLead Scholarship and Grant Program To recognize outstanding law students at universities in Taiwan and to support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, the WeLead Law Scholarship and Grant Program was established in 2020.
